Bookings and Payments

I invite couples to a 1 hour free consultation to chat in more detail about your wedding day. From this consultation you will receive a personalised wedding proposal and quote with a invitation to secure your date with a $100.00 deposit. After a secured booking is made you’ll have the opportunity to meet for a 2nd 1 hour free consultation. Further consultations will incur a $50.00 per hour fee.  Please note a 2nd consultation before a secured booking has been made will incur a $50.00 per hour fee.

Bookings are only confirmed once the $100.00 deposit is made.  No tentative bookings are held. You’ll receive a tax invoice for the quoted amount less deposit made.

Full payment is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Minor changes to an order may be made up 10 days before event with additions being paid in full within 24 hours.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

When working with nature there are no guarantees. Every effort will be made to source flower and foliage varieties in your order, however there maybe occasion when particular varieties are unavailable or does not pass our stringent quality checks.  Due to variances in weather and seasonal availability some fresh flowers can not guarantee exact colours or shades. Studio 100 reserves the right to substitute a previously chosen flower with a similar flower or foliage to equal or greater value.


A time line of the wedding will be confirmed 2 weeks before the wedding date, with agreed times and locations for delivery of flowers. If setting up a venue we will require name and contact details of the venue coordinator.

Care of Hire Items

All hire items become the responsibility of the client during the hire period.

After the event the client must check all items have been accounted for as per packing slip.

A items that are lost or damage will be charged a full replacement or repair cost.

The rental period is for a maximum of 4 days.
